Chef Bella is the heart and hands behind SallaBistro. At 26, she’s a South Gastonia native with a passion for turning simple ingredients into experiences that linger long after the last bite.

Her cooking style is soulful and intentional — honoring tradition while pushing boundaries. For Bella, the kitchen has always been where love shows up: in the details, in the patience, in the way food brings people together.
